CELLULAR CALLBACK 

In its simplest form, the cellular callback application is used to offer unlimited outgoing minutes to cellular subscribers.  The subscriber calls our access number (514) 448-6633 and then waits for our application to call them back.  They are never billed by their cellular provider because 448-6633 is always busy.  When the subscriber gets the call, he/she answers and then receives a dialtone.  At this point, dials the 10 digit number to be reached.  Our system connects the call using 100% full digital network lines.
